Ordering and Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method. Shipping within Germany usually takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location, the weight of the order and the shipping method chosen. Within Germany we offer free standard shipping for orders over €60. For orders under this amount and for international deliveries we charge shipping costs which are detailed during checkout. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Changes or cancellations to your order are only possible before it has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request changes. If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait for delivery and initiate a return if necessary.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer Europe-wide shipping. In the future, we will expand our shipping to include international shipping.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the current status of your delivery via the link in the email or directly on the shipping provider's website.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually leave a notification card indicating where you can pick up your package (e.g. at a nearby branch) or whether a re-delivery attempt will be made. Alternatively, you can change the delivery time or location directly with the carrier.

What sizes do you offer?
Our martial arts and everyday clothing is available in a wide range of sizes. We typically offer sizes from XS to XXL.
What do I do if an item is sold out?
If an item you want is sold out, we offer you the option of being placed on a waiting list. As soon as the item is available again, you will receive a notification by email. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service to receive information about expected availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. These include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna (invoice and installment payments), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, we offer the option to pay by invoice through our partner Klarna. This option is available during checkout and allows you to pay for the goods only after receipt. Please note that Klarna carries out a credit check to approve this payment method.
What can I do if my payment was declined?
If your payment was declined, please check that your credit card information was entered correctly or that there are sufficient funds in your account. If the problem persists, try using a different payment method or contact your payment provider. Our customer service is also available to help you resolve payment issues.
Return and Exchange
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the goods are unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service who will provide you with a return label.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible if, for example, you need a different size or color. Please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange. The exchange process is similar to returns - send the item back to us and we will send you the replacement product you want. If the new item is of a different price, the difference will be offset or credited accordingly.
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless it is our fault.
What do I do if the item I received is defective or does not match what I ordered?
If an item is damaged, faulty or does not match what you ordered, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the case as quickly as possible and offer you a solution, either through an exchange, repair or full refund.
